The Headquarters Facility for the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation and Affiliated Corporations, includes the Virginia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, one of VA’s largest companies. This 4-story, 138,900 square foot building was designed for future expansion to 250,000 square feet. Portions of the construction documents were prepared in “packages” to allow for a fast-track construction schedule, meeting the Owner’s occupancy needs and resulting in considerable cost savings. Also included in the facility is an Information Center and Board Room.
