Ballou Justice Upton Architects in association with Cannon Design, designed the New Student Center at Tidewater Community College, Norfolk Campus. It is a five-story urban building in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. The building encompasses the existing green space of the site and responds to the urban fabric of Downtown Norfolk’s commercial and historic districts and will be an icon for the Norfolk campus.
The facility includes: Student Activites Offices, Formal and Informal Lounges, Meeting Rooms, Study Lounges, Recreational Lounges, Retail, and Food Services.
