BJUA conducted a Facility Study which led to the complete renewal of Thomas Dale High School. The goal was to revitalize the existing building, and to expand and reorganize all its educational spaces required by the educational program.
New work for this project required 150,00 square feet of additions including 14 new classrooms, a new gymnasium, a Performing Arts Center with a new auditorium, a new commons, kitchen, enlarged media center, administrative area, field house, additional grandstands, practice fields and ball fields.
A carefully orchestrated phased construction plan was used to keep the school open and fully operational during the construction process.
