Ballou Justice Upton Architects completed a Study of needed repairs to Eppington House, located in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The purpose of the Study was to identify needed building weatherization and stabilization repairs, and to provide recommendations for remediation including conceptual cost estimates for repairs. Following the study, our team completed drawings and specifications to complete the work recommended in the Study.
